Renovation and expansion of a residential building in Old Katamon, Jerusalem.
The Rashbag 37 project is in the final stages of obtaining the building permit (heter bniya). In parallel, the contractor tender (mijraz kablanim) has already been launched, with all tender documents ready and distributed.
The working plans are approximately 95% complete. A few specific updates remain, mainly in the renderings and in the design of some individual apartments.
On the marketing side, the updated marketing plans — which will incorporate all recent changes to the project — are expected to be ready in the near future.
New building plans and renders are presented and approved by the local authority, together with the proposal to extend the land-use and building permit.
Confirmation from the Jerusalem municipality to add a 270 m² floor, taking the project from 21 to 25 apartments and from 27 to 31 parking spaces.
