Today we received, in good time, the building permit (heter bniya) for the Rashbag 37 project in Jerusalem. It is the most important regulatory milestone of the project and opens the door to the execution stage.
We are about to close the contractor tender (mijraz kablanim), with construction expected to start in November 2026.
In parallel, preparation continues on the updated marketing plan, which will incorporate all recent changes to the project.
New building plans and renders are presented and approved by the local authority, together with the proposal to extend the land-use and building permit.
Confirmation from the Jerusalem municipality to add a 270 m² floor, taking the project from 21 to 25 apartments and from 27 to 31 parking spaces.
Working plans at 95% and the contractor tender launched, with the project in the final stage of the permit.
